Built by people who know these roads

Al Fajar began with two vehicles running the Jeddah–Makkah corridor. Ten years on we operate across eight cities, but the operating standard has not moved.

Our drivers know which Haram gate is open during peak Tarawih, which Ziyarat stop to take first when the group is short on time, and how to keep a factory shift rotation on schedule at 4 a.m. That knowledge is the service — the vehicles are just how it is delivered.

In their words

Pilgrims and companies who stayed

Our flight landed three hours late and the driver was still at arrivals with the sign. Nobody charged us extra for it.

We move 180 staff on two shifts. In fourteen months there has been one missed run, and they had a replacement out in forty minutes.

The Ziyarat driver knew exactly which stop to take first so we would finish before Asr. That only comes from doing it every day.

For a single vehicle, 24 hours is enough. For groups above 30 people, or any travel during Ramadan and the Hajj season, book two to four weeks ahead — capacity in Makkah and Madinah is committed early.

Around 4 hours 30 minutes by road on the Al Hijrah highway, covering roughly 450 km, including one rest stop. Allow longer during Ramadan evenings and the days around Hajj.

Each vehicle listing shows its bag capacity. As a rule, count one large suitcase plus one cabin bag per passenger, and tell us if you are carrying Zamzam containers so we allocate the right vehicle.

Yes, on request and at no extra charge. Mention the child's age when booking so the correct seat is fitted before pickup.

Yes. Meeqat stops at Qarn al-Manazil, Dhul Hulayfah or Juhfah are included on the relevant routes. Tell us at booking and the driver will plan the stop into the journey time.

Drop-off depends on the traffic plan in force that day. Our drivers use the closest permitted point to your hotel and will tell you in advance if a short walk is unavoidable during peak periods.

Cash in SAR, local bank transfer, and card on request. Contract clients are invoiced monthly on agreed terms.

Cancel more than 12 hours before pickup at no charge. Inside 12 hours a partial fee applies, and no-shows are charged in full. Group bookings follow the terms set in the written quote.
